>> SUGGESTIONS:

Encourage your kids to:

Perform in front of you and other people as often as possible.
Practice regularly.
Listen to a wide variety of music with a critical ear - and for enjoyment, of course!

>> TERMS:

All lesson payments need to be settled upfront, one month (4 lessons) in advance.
Recitals will be regarded as a lesson and invoiced as such. Snacks and soft drinks will be provided free of charge at recitals for all students and guests.

>> CANCELLATION POLICY:

Same day cancellations will be invoiced as a lesson, BUT
... not to worry Liz offers one make-up (re-book) lesson later that day or in the same week free of charge - subject to availability.
Please understand that when a time-slot is reserved other students are declined.
Same day cancellations do not offer enough time to re-book.
Cancellations should be made before 7:30 pm the day before. All cancellations after 7:30pm will be regarded as same day cancellation and will be invoiced.
When proper cancellations are made (not on same day), credits or make-up lessons, are valid for one month. Please ensure to schedule a make-up lesson with Liz.

>> WAIVER:

Liz, as a responsible adult, will do her best to ensure you/your child or any property where she teaches is/are kept safe.

However, she can not be held liable for an accident that may happen during a lesson, whether it be at your house or a venue where she teaches.

Please advise children to stay off furniture and not to damage furniture or instruments that are at the venue of lessons.
